General ice conditions:
Les Escoumins to Cabot Strait
Mainly open water and ice free from Les Escoumins to Cabot Strait.

Pointe-des-Monts to Strait of Belle Isle
Mainly open water from Pointe-des-Monts to 5838W. Bergy water from 5838W to Strait of Belle Isle.

Lower North Shore from Sept-Iles to Blanc-Sablon
Mainly new ice from Pointe-des-Monts to 5800W. First-year, young and new ice from 5800W to Blanc-Sablon.
	
Normal shipping routes are in effect from Les Escoumins to Cabot Strait. Strait of Belle Isle is not recommended for shipping. Contact Ice St. John's to get the latest ice information through Strait of Belle Isle.
