Les Escoumins to Cabot Strait
Open water from Les Escoumins to 6800W. Young and new ice from 6800W to 6305W. Mainly open water and ice free from 6305W to Cabot Strait.

Pointe-des-Monts to Strait of Belle Isle
Mainly young and new ice from Pointe-des-Monts to 6320W. Mainly open water from 6320W to 5940W. Young and new ice from 5940W to Strait of Belle Isle.

Normal shipping routes are in effect from Les Escoumins to Cabot Strait. Strait of Belle Isle is not recommended for shipping. Contact Ice St. John's to get the latest ice information through Strait of Belle Isle.
