General ice conditions: Les Escoumins to Cabot Strait Young and new ice from Les Escoumins to Heath Point. Mainly open water from Heath Point to Cabot Strait. Pointe-des-Monts to Strait of Belle Isle Young and new ice and open water in the traffic separation scheme from Pointe-des-Monts to Strait of Belle Isle. Lower North Shore from Sept-Īles to Blanc-Sablon within 10 NM of the shore Young and new ice and open water.
