Western Lake Superior.
Open water except 1 tenth thick lake ice in strips and patches along
parts of the northwestern shore. CONSOLIDATED rotten thick lake ice
in Black Bay, Nipigon Bay, and parts of Thunder Bay.

Eastern Lake Superior
Whitefish Bay.
Open water.

North Channel.
Open water except consolidated rotten medium lake ice in a few bays
and inlets along the northeastern shore.

Lake Huron
Georgian Bay.
Open water.

Lake St. Clair
Lake Erie
Lake Ontario.
Ice free.

Northern Lake Michigan
Green Bay.
Open water.

Southern Lake Michigan.
