Average air temperatures were above normal for all regions. Freeze up is currently 2 3 weeks late for southern Beaufort Sea, Amundsen Gulf and Coronation Gulf.
Weather forecast for mid-November to mid-December.
Air temperatures are forecast to be near normal for the Queen Elizabeth Islands and above normal elsewhere.
